“My weekly yoga session allows my body stillness. I am paraplegic, and I suffer with neuropathic pain. This is exhausting, and despite taking medications which make me drowsy, the need for sleep is overwhelming. Adaptive yoga is my salvation, and no one should be without it” - Siby Boyd
