Inclusive Corporate Wellbeing Programmes

Are you looking for wellbeing programmes for both Disabled and non-Disabled employees? Here’s WHY Adaptive Yoga LIVE is the answer:

  • Seeing is believing: When people see Disabled people participating in mainstream activities like yoga, it challenges preconceived notions about limitations. It showcases the diverse capabilities of people with disabilities.

  • Shifting the narrative: By attending yoga alongside non-disabled colleagues, disabled employees become active participants in the corporate wellness scene. This reframes the conversation from disability as a barrier - to disability as a facet of a well-rounded workforce

  • Acknowledgement of diverse needs: A yoga class that offers modifications and caters to various abilities demonstrates the company's commitment to inclusion. This sends a message that the company values all employees and strives to create a workplace accessible to everyone.

  • Building a support system: Shared experiences in a yoga class can foster connections between employees with and without disabilities. This can lead to a more supportive and understanding work environment

Our inclusive chair yoga sessions are designed to build connection, relieve stress, and improve focus during the workday. Ideal for all ability levels, sessions can be done remotely or in-person. Each class includes seated stretches, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to help you relax and recharge.
